Helper Complaints

In case you see a helper that just dont help at all, just when the head helper is online, we need someone to notice the Helpers that is not helping and inform Head Helpers on this.. I know its hard for the Head Helpers to catch them as most of them help when only the Head Helpers is online and when they're offline some of the helpers will just leave their responsibility just like that.
